In the aftermath of an unfortunate winter flood, local restaurateur Molly Frobuck seized the opportunity to make space of her restaurant reflect her overall culinary philosophy. The result is a light, welcoming dining area that reflects not only the deep connection to the unique landscape around Jackson Hole, but also the dedication to offering delicious, healthy fare to locals and visitors alike. “Our vision was to have a bright, fresh family-friendly space with a modern look. The hand-painted mural with the Tetons and our beloved Wyoming buffalo is one of the highlights!” In addition to this tribute to the national parks, Frobuck added a stylish handmade bar and seating for guests who want to linger or work, but don’t want to take up a table.
Frobuck has also designed and implemented a system to make picking up to-go orders swift and smooth. “People can order online and their order is ready and waiting for them when they get here. No more waiting in line to pick up to-go orders,” says Frobuck. “This has been a game changer for locals and local businesses who order from us regularly. With the option of online ordering, visitors can also take advantage of ordering our box lunches called ‘Park Packs’ online and having them ready to go when they arrive.”
Whether you’re looking to snag a healthy, delicious breakfast on the go, or to sit and savor, E. Leaven offers a large menu with options for every taste imaginable. Both breakfast and lunch are available from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., and the portions are generous. Everything’s made to order, and E.Leaven can accommodate dietary restrictions with alternatives like gluten-free bread and dairy-free milks.
Dig into a longtime local favorite like Huevos Rancheros, an irresistible breakfast burrito or a Southwest Omelet with spicy jalapeño bacon.
