Jackson Hole Milestone Birthdays
There’s something in the air this year — 2026 — because more than a dozen businesses, ranches, hotels and eateries are celebrating milestone birthdays. Yee haw!
TRIANGLE X DUDE RANCH (pictured above) is the granddaddy of the celebrants, marking 100 years of hosting visitors with warm, truly Western hospitality and connecting them with the outdoors through sustainable, service-oriented, family-friendly activities, primarily horseback riding. The ranch has the distinction of being the only Wyoming dude ranch located inside Grand Teton National Park and the views are amazing. For more information, visit trianglex.com.

THE WORT HOTEL is mere steps from Jackson’s Town Square, and marks its 85th birthday of hosting guests with exemplified historic charm while providing luxury amenities and services. In 1917, Charles Wort purchased four lots in the heart of town for $25 each and it became the site of The Wort Hotel. Charles’ sons, John and Jess Wort, fulfilled their father’s dream of creating a luxury lodging experience in 1941. The Wort was placed on the National Register of Historic Places 25 years ago. In addition to lodging, the hotel is home to the Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, which features 2,032 uncirculated 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars from the Denver mint inlaid into its 46-foot serpentine bar top. Visit worthotel.com to read more about its history and offerings.

The 80-year-old TRAIL CREEK RANCH in Wilson (which borders Jackson) sits at an elevation of 6,280 feet, with cabins tucked into the mountains. Trail Creek offers an array of outdoor activities for year-round enjoyment, from world-class skiing, snowmobiling, backcountry touring, and dog sledding in the winter to horseback riding, hiking, rafting, fly fishing, mountain biking, and rock climbing in the summer.
